Field Sales Person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products or services, address their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM software.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs, and product performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in Building Materials
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
