Sales Officer(Lady)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and handle any post-sale service issues.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Building Materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
