Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the requirements for UPVC products.
• Cut, shape, and assemble UPVC profiles using various hand and power tools.
• Join UPVC components using welding techniques and adhesives, ensuring strong and precise connections.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on fabrication equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and material usage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UPVC Fabricator or similar role in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of UPVC materials, fabrication techniques, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to UPVC fabrication.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
